Everyone is a sinner.

Everyone is evil.

Everyone is evil even if he/she does his/her best doing good.

A Christian's evilness is covered by Jesus' blood.  When he/she does good for God's sakes, the evil components are covered by Jesus' blood, and Father respects the Christian.

The sentences 'guilty' or 'innocent' from the courts often represent evil or not evil in the moral sense, but not necessarily so.  A correct judgment at court represents the laws rather than the deepest morality.  In fact, no one can comprehend the deepest morality except God.

What the government can do are in fact limited and should be limited because a government trying to do unlimited will surely be problematic.  However law system is important authority we should respect.
