The Giver Response Two

In these chapters I started to like the book and how the story is getting layed out. I am nor surprised that Jonas got most important and respected job or "assignment" because the best things always happen to the main character.

I thought it was cool how the giver can transmit memories into Jonas without saying them. I want to find out what happens to the last receiver of memory and why she didn't get the job. I will probably find that out later.

My favourite part of the last 5 chapters was when he transmitted the memory of the sled and the snow hill and how Jonas has no worries and just gets to relax and enjoy the time while it lasts. I really hated the giver when he started to transmit bad painful memories like the one when the second snow filled hill came and the red sled was back but this time it gained more and more speed until it hit a bump and crashed hard and broke his leg.

After those chapters I'm not sure weather I like the bok or not and I would probably recommend the book to someone else.
