Response On The Giver

So far in this bok it has been confusing. In the first five chapters it has been easy to read but confusing. the part about the ceremony was the most confusing part of all I didn't know weather they were talking about it or they were remembering it or if they were at it I got really confused.

I don't feel that how they run their community is the right way to, even though they have their own knowledge of the real world I think they are missing a lot like freedom of speech and knowing how to do stuff on your own. Plus all of lives lessons are gone so you don't even get told them. No one in the community knows what the real world is like because of sameness.

Overall I think this book is bad so far and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know but I haven't made it to any exciting parts yet if there are any.
