FLC was born on March 19, 1994. It is a non-sectarian progressive preschool open to regular students.
FLC is managed by Teacher Helen Tobia, together with a team of caring teachers
and staff.
Fremont Learning Center is a private school recognized by the DepEd and is affiliated with the Association of Childhood Education Inc. (ACEI) and Association of Private School Administrators (APSA).
