Within the transportation industry there is a necessary evil entity called the freight broker. Like anything else in life, they range from reputable corporations to back-alley hooligans with a throwaway cell phone.
With profit margins stretched razor thin in the industry, these freight predators can often times mean the difference between
success or failure of transportation companies, in the age of their receivables and whether they're collectable, period.
There are the freight poachers who want fast and detailed service, and pay next to nothing; then there are those who collect the revenue from the shipper/receiver and don't pay the transporter.
We have formulated this page as a network warning system for the transportation industry, and trucking companies specifically.

Welcome to freightpimps.com
How do I add a @#$% broker to the list?!?!
Easy. Email us the particulars, and we'll do the rest.
Delinquency commences at 91 days.
We post companies - 6 months for each quarter of arrears.
We post companies - 6 months for each non-financial situation.

...now that I'm on the list, how do I get off it?!?!
Easy. Pay your bill, and we'll do the rest.
We will issue a removal date upon settlement confirmation.
We will issue a removal date at the time of posting, for incidents.
Listed here is an ongoing compilation of occurences from  a selected group of companies, but we will consider all violations submitted to our attention. >>Notice: We are not affiliated with any trucking companies.<<
While most of the circumstances are financial based,  we will post relevant incidents as well.
The Deadbeats and Dicks Syndrome

* Memo to the righteously indignant freight forwarders who find themselves on our list; we are a not-for-profit community service organization with a $0.00 cashflow and backup documentation, so suing us is pointless.

Color Coding: Canadian and Loadlink members

US and DAT subscribers

Tip to staying off our list: practice good & ethical business.
Please note: we will not post isolated disputes between 2 parties.
