ON

Heh, on.  What does it mean?  Open the circuit?  Let the energy flow?  On.  As opposed to off.  All of our perceived existence, as well as all of our technology is based on this simple dichotomy.  Let me break it d-d-dowwn fayuh.  On/Off.  Yes/No.  One/Zero.  When you turn something on, it sends its energy outward because of relativity.  For example, the concept of One (as opposed to zero, if you only have those two choices) has meaning RELATIVE TO THE CONCEPT OF ZERO  if you have a bunch of empty boxes, and a box with a hat inside of it, then the box with the hat has meaning RELATIVE to the empty box.  The empty box is the context, in that it is the Basis from which you define the Box-Filled Hat.  The hat in the box also has a bunch of other meanings:  To someone who has seen a hat used in our culture, it also means something you wear on your head, or any other definition of the idea called hat.  Lets push back to the example of the number One:  try this: you only have a choice between One or Zero for this particular space in time, you have to choose one or the other to occupy a given point in existence.  In a context of an Empty Box or a Hat Box being your only choices, if you choose a Hat Box (or a One) you are creating meaning relative to just leaving the Empty (or the Zero, or the No, the NEGATIVE).  You could say that an Empty Box creates meaning relative to a Hat Filled Box, its all the same.  Negative and Positive only exist BECAUSE of the other.  They are INTER-DEPENDENT and INEXTRICABLY NETWORKED.  Boom.
A Hat-Filled Box does not have meaning in and of itself.  It only has meaning when we decide to define a World around it.  If you dont know what something is or does, and you want to learn more in order to have more control over (and strength in) YOUR viewpoint of the world, you go and communicate with it (e.g. YOU go and INVESTIGATE-pick up the new object, play with it, try it out, imagine what uses it could have in our world).  You expend energy on any object (or subject) you are interacting with, no matter what object it is, by definition.  Think about : When you understand something, you CONTRoL it.  When you communicate with someone or something, your goal is to understand it in the best way possible, whether it is your friend, your dog, your enemy, your computer, or a frying pan you are communicating with.  In the sense that your goal is to make yourself happy (deep down, every individuals ultimate goal is to make themselves happy, Im talking about even those who die for others, decisions are all made by choosing a path)-your communications are all attempts to Understand and CONTROL the world around you.  Every Idea that your receive, you fit it into your personal structure of the perceived world.  You Control that Idea for yourself.  Since the goal is Control (even if only to make the world YOU perceive to be better), every communication, with any object, or subject, is a POWER STRUGGLE-communicators are always trying to better understand each other, so that they can predict the next feedback they receive, and in doing so work towards the goal of making themselves happy.  Boom.

ON MEANINGS

Every message contains infinite meanings.  Meaning is created from SCRATCH by the message receiver.  ALL THE MEANINGS combined equals EVERYTHING.  AGREED UPON MEANINGS equals COMMUNITY-or-EVERYTHING THAT WE SHARE.  POWER STRUGGLES OVER MEANING equals POLITICS.
