Candace is said to mean
"incandescent" or "white" from the Latin word canditia. Divya is the
Hindi word that means “celestial sprit" and “of the heavens”. Agniala generally means “fiery” or “radiant” and is of
Hindi origin. So crammed together the name can mean “Radiant fiery one of the
heavens”, depending on how a person interprets it.
Nickname: As a baby some of her relatives used
to call her Candy, but she hasn't been called by that name since. If she was
called by that name today, it would royally annoy her to death.

loves animals. She has a few posters supporting animal rights around her room,
and she works at a stable. In the future she may consider a career being a

always been able to sketch objects from her mind, and even hypothesize about
possible inventions and stories. Candace loves showing off her creative

really hard at school, her job, and even at home. So isn’t it fair that she
gets some kind of reward?
Books – Give Candace a fiction book and she’ll read it for hours. She finds it
fascinating how she can loose herself into a totally made up world. Candace is
especially fond of authors such as J.K. Rowling, Dan Brown, Philip Paulman, etc.
Getting Her Way – Candace loves getting her way. She usually does, and when
she doesn’t, she will try and find a way to make it so she does. For instance,
if her Dad decided not to buy her something she might do extra chores around
the house and/or drop hints, and eventually her Dad would buy her what she
wants. Candace can easily manipulate people, especially those who let others
walk all over them. She can usually get the more stubborn people to give in;
she just has to try harder and not make her intentions as obvious.

beautiful, and they make her feel like she can better relate to her heritage.

Smoking – Her Dad used to smoke, and she knows a few people who smoke. The
smell doesn’t bother her at all, nor does the smoke in her face. You could just
start puffing away and she wouldn’t even think anything of it. She knows it’s
bad for your health, which is why she hasn’t picked up the habit.
Dislikes:
Swim Teams - As a kid, Candace was signed up
for swimming. She hated it and always felt as if she would drown from tiring
out. Eventually her parents let her quit. Overall she hates swimming (at least
competitively). The only time she will swim is if she’s just in the water
floating around with her friends (in the shallow end of course) or if she’s at
the beach (but she sticks very close to shore).
Roller coasters - Candace freaks out if someone even
suggests that she try going on one. She will never go on them. Over the years
stories of accidents on roller coasters have made her afraid of them. Sometimes
Candace even avoids going to amusement parks on purpose, so she won't have to
deal with the pressure of her family and friends trying to get her to go on
rides.
Physical Confrontations – Candace hates ruining her damsel in distress act. She
wants people to think she’s poor and helpless, fighting back would only ruin
that. During a fight she usually runs away, or has a “knight in shining armor”
bail her out. This isn’t to say she won’t fight back at all. If her life is in
danger (ex: the other person has a knife) and she’s cornered, she’ll take a
good swipe at them. She does have quite a bit of strength in her arms and legs
due to years or rock climbing.
Math – Simple, there is always ONE set answer. Candace doesn’t like the
thought that there are no other options. She likes things that are open to
interpretation, or even things that have many outcomes. Sadly enough, math just
isn’t one of those things.
Politics and Government – It’s confusing, corrupt, and at times it is even
idiotic. Candace would rather stay as far away from politics as possible.
Not Getting Her Way – Yes, there is always a possibility that she might not get
what she wants. Either she screwed up her plans, or the other person was too
stubborn. This can frustrate Candace beyond belief, and it only adds to her
pent up emotions. Some people cannot be swayed by Candace, and once she knows
who they are, she usually lets them be. After all, they could never do her
dirty work for her or provide her with what she wants. In short, Candace only
wants to be around those who she has use for.
Hobbies:
Cooking - The Agniala
family doesn't exactly have money to burn, so they often cook at home. Candace
likes food, okay that's really obvious, what teenager doesn't? So for her,
cooking food is awesome. She can make what she wants, when she wants it.
Candace can make most common plates, such as spaghetti, and Indian dishes. Her
mom and her grandmother taught her most of her skills. These days Candace is
rather busy and doesn’t always have time to cook, but she likes to whenever she
can.
Assisting at the Stables
- Candace became
quite bored working at her parents business, after all, rock climbing isn't her
"love" in life. She wanted to earn money doing something different.
After a few months of looking she found a job at Sherwood stables. She is paid
to exercise certain horses in the arena, feed the horses, give them water, and
sometimes even muck out the stalls. In the end it always makes her feel accomplished.
She has also become good friends with a blacksmith named Logan, who works there
as well.
Being a Farrier - Candace is becoming talented at doing "smithy" stuff.
Already she making horseshoes and is attempting to make some various beginner tools.
Usually she will help out
Being a Badass – She is d’shiznit and she knows
it. Candace is the puppeteer who controls all her little puppets, and she
always has some kind of scheme hidden up her sleeve. I’d really hate to get on
her bad side…
Riding horses – Many of the horse owners at Sherwood Stables have come to
know Candace, and every so often they give Candace permission to ride their
horse. Candace has excellent horse handling skills, whether in the saddle, or
on the ground. She can deal with a spooked horse and she knows what to do in
most situations. From time to time horse owners give her riding lessons as
well, so she can improve her skills. Candace is learning in an English saddle,
and she can easily jump a two foot fence. She enjoys riding horses as an
occasional hobby, but it is far too expensive for her to invest in it as a full
time one. Candace can only make so much money per month.
Having a Good Time/Partying – Candace doesn’t have much free
time, but when she does, she loves to party. Parties are also a good way to
meet fresh meat cute guys and socialize! She also likes drink from time
to time, but she doesn’t do it excessively like some people do.

Setting Goals – Candace likes to be better than everyone else *cough* I
mean… be the best she can be ^.^; . What better than
to set goals and test her limits?
Aspirations/Dreams: One of her many goals is to maintain an ‘A’ average in college. Later in life she
is considering becoming large animal veterinarian (livestock, horses, etc.), or
a farrier. And last, but not least, to keep getting
her way (and get away with it) while having tons o’ fun!
NPC‘s: Being
a very sociable girl, Candace has an abundance of friends and acquaintances.
For the sake of this game, I will only list those who are very close to her.
Sanjiv
Agniala (48) ~ Candace’s father. He is very
humorous and likes to make good-natured jokes frequently. Sanjiv
tends to be the life of the family, and is the most optimistic. At least that’s
what one would see on first inspection. Deep down inside he is a dedicated
family man, and is responsible, as well as reliable. He is more laid-back than
his wife and very sympathetic. His nationality is mainly Indian, which makes
his skin very tan, and his hair and eyes very dark. Sanjiv
was born and raised in
Fiona Agniala (47) ~ Candace’s mother. Fiona tends to be the complete opposite of her
husband in many ways, but I guess opposites attract... ^^; She tends to be
rigid and harsh, especially when she is stressed out or having a bad day. Fiona
can be prone to arguing as well, so the family gives her space when they think
she needs it. Deep down she means well, Fiona just needs to learn to relax more
often. When she is relaxed with her family, Fiona is very pleasant to be with
and is always laughing at her husband's jokes. She was born in
Shakti Agniala (65) ~ Candace’s grandmother. Shakti is relatively shorter than the rest of her family
because she only reaches a height of 4’11”. But what she lacks for in height
she makes up in attitude. Shakti really means well,
but she can come across as very bossy. She can be in your face telling you what
she thinks, and she does it regardless of the circumstances. From time to time
she tends to get into quarrels with Fiona, and when that happens
the rest of the family steers clear of them.
Shakti is an excellent cook, and she taught
Candace most of her skills. One of the downsides to her cooking is that Shakti tends to eat everything she cooks, and because of
this she is rather pudgy ^^;.
Her two best friends are
Jocelyn and Hayden; they may or may not be mentioned in the stories.
History:
Fiona and Sanjiv met in school years ago. For a while they were
friends, and soon they ended up going to the same college. Fiona majored in
pediatrics, and Sanjiv was headed for a career in
computer programming. Before long, Fiona and Sanjiv
started dating, and after graduating they got married. Early into their
relationship they learned one of their favorite things to do was rock climb. It
soon became a hobby and even as a married couple they went traveling around

When the Agniala family does decide to take trips, they usually opt
to go and visit their relatives. Most of Fiona’s family resides in
At the age of six Candace’s
parents encouraged her to join a local swim team. Hesitantly, Candace did. She
found that she was a very slow swimmer, and often felt as if she would drown.
Within a month her parents decided to take her out of swimming. Occasionally
she will be found at the local pool swimming in the shallow end, about once
every three months. Even when she goes to the beach, she doesn't go far out and
sticks close to shore.
Currently, Candace doesn’t
work at her parents business. She got sick of rock climbing, and decided she
would like to do something she enjoyed instead. For a while Candace looked
around to help at an animal rights organization, but in the end she ended up

Candace has a rather full life. She works as a stable hand, assists
In school Candace is taking
a lot of science and math classes. She HATES math with a fiery passion, but
it’s a necessary evil she must take while enrolled in science classes. Candace
knows she might want to become a veterinarian, so she’s preparing for her
major. She’s taking Biology, Chemistry, Pre-Calculus, but she’s also taking
other required classes like English. So as you can see, she has a heavy course
load. School-wise, Candace does very
well. She maintains an ‘A’ average, and manages to
sustain a stable job. Candace is considering majoring in biology with an
emphasis in animal science, and may pursue a career as a veterinarian. Or she
may take a more creative route and be a blacksmith.
So what is a typical day
for Candace? She has school three times a week, Monday Tuesday, and Thursday.
On school days she gets up around eight in the morning and heads off to school,
where she usually stays until two or three in the afternoon. Afterwards she
goes to Sherwood Stables and works for three to four hours, or if she doesn’t
have to work she assists

Personality:
Some people might classify
Candace as the “ideal” teenager. She’s happy, friendly; she does well in school
and at her job. Wouldn’t all parents like this type of teenager? But don’t let
this girl fool you; it’s always the nice ones you have to watch out for…
Upon first glance Candace
is your typical teenage girl. She is almost always smiling or at least
upholding an optimistic aura. Candace seems like the perfect teenager, she’s
playful, full of cheeriness, and youthful energy, but no angst. All parents
would dream of a teenager like her. Most people see her hanging out with her
friends, talking to other people, or working at her stable job. Candace is
always doing something to occupy her time; it would be unlikely for her to just
sit and do nothing.
Candace is a rather
sociable girl. She isn’t very shy. In fact, half of the time she starts the
conversations that she’s included in. She isn’t extremely opinionated in most
matters besides horse back riding, blacksmithing, family, friends, and just
about anything that immediately pertains to her. Most people find Candace very
approachable. She’s warm, friendly, and optimistic; the girl doesn’t appear to
have one mean bone in her body. She will talk about almost anything, and will
always use good manners when in the right company (i.e.: she really wants to
impress someone, or make them think she’s a sweetheart). Candace was taught her
manners at a young age, and she knows what is and isn’t proper. It’s just a
question of whether she chooses to abide by her morals or not. When she is
presenting her goody two shoes persona, she always acts polite. This isn’t to
say that she won’t listen to any gossip; she just isn’t one to start it.
However, there are some circumstances that will prompt Candace to talk about
others. The only way she will do this is if they do something really bad to her
that she didn’t like. These sorts of things include constantly talking bad
about her, stealing attention away from her, etc. This is better explained
below. If Candace is in a conversation or situation that she doesn’t like, she
will find an excuse, or a polite way to excuse herself. She also hates talking
about politics and religion, because it’s an easy way to offend others and she
has little knowledge on either topic. She isn’t very religious, and heck, she
doesn’t even want to touch politics with a ten foot pole. Plus, they are often
confusing and controversial issues she would rather stay away from. Why talk
about politics when you could go shopping ^.~?
Some people wonder how
Candace can have such an optimistic attitude. After all, her age group is
usually full of angsty rebellious teenagers. The
first thing that people have to understand about Candace is that she pushes
away all the negative aspects of life so she will not have to deal with them.
If something really frosts her cookies she will just suck it up and push the
feeling away. This takes an awful lot of self-control, and you better believe
she has it. She can get irritated rather easily, but she usually hides what she
is feeling. Sometimes she will excuse herself (if she’s around other people)
and vent her feelings somewhere else. Even if she’s enraged she would just
silently implode. It’s rather frightening seeing her like this, because she’s
so eerily quiet, and her eyes seem to blaze up in frustration. Candace isn’t
one to act out on her negative emotions often. The reason is simple, she likes
presenting a very happy and bubbly persona. It’s easier to get what you want
that way; everyone wants to be your friend. I mean, honestly, do bad girls get
all the rewards? Not really. But the good girls do. That is Candace’s
philosophy, and you better believe she sticks by it. If she does do anything
naughty no one will blame her, because Candace is too much of a “sweetheart” to
blame anything on. On the other hand, if Candace was a badass and did something
naughty, she would probably be blamed instantly.
After months of blocking
out negative emotions, Candace tends to get moody, agitated, and somewhat depressed.
This usually lasts for a few days, and during this time Candace prefers to stay
inside as much as possible. If, on that rare occasion, she does choose to show
her sad emotions, it would be noticeable through her quiet disposition and
distant look. Sometimes she may even brood. When she is in this kind of state
and someone happens to upset her, Candace will explode. Usually she just
bottles up her anger, but when she is in such a distressed state it’s very hard
to do so. Her explosions can be deadly and she can accidentally hurt someone’s
feelings. Candace won’t even think of what she’s saying, she’ll just let it all
out until all of her built up emotions are thoroughly vented. The only people
who have seen Candace explode are her close friends and family. They’ve known
her for years, and they’re bound to see at least one emotional outburst. It
would be highly unlikely for anyone else to see her very upset, because she
usually stays away from people during her moody days. Candace will spend most of
the time around her flat, and if not, she will try to avoid unnecessary contact
with people at work and school. Most people usually know something is upsetting
her because she’s quieter than usual, but no one really thinks much of it.
People just think that she’s having a bad day, and they just try and stay out
of her way.
Under her cheery exterior
lies a deeper and more passionate side to Candace. She is a very motivated
person who has many goals set out for herself. Candace
likes the feeling of accomplishment; it gives her a boost in self esteem. She
also likes to improve herself so she can become better at anything she wants.
Candace is self-centered and just loves being better than everyone else, or at
least thinking that she is. Sometimes she will raise the bars on her goals just
to see how far she can push herself. Candace believes that there is always room
for self improvement. Most of her goals are simple things like getting an ‘A’
on a test, completing a task before Logan does, keeping in shape, being able to
handle more work hours, or even keeping her room clean for more than a week
^^;. Others are more important, such as her future career. Candace does okay in
school, but she vowed to do have better grades in college. Whatever she decides
to do, she wants high grades and scores under her belt. After all, they can
only work in her favor.
As much as she hates to
admit it, Candace needs praise. When she Candace does something really good
like getting all A’s, or finishing a job quicker than expected, she expects
others to say “oh, good job! Keep it up!” These kinds of statements reassure
her that she is doing well a.k.a. becoming more skilled than the people around
her. Sometimes she will even fish for compliments, hopefully people get the
“hint”, but they don’t always do. Although completing her goals gives her some
self-esteem, compliments seem to boost it even further. When people praise
others instead of her she can get downright jealous. Although Candace would
never admit she holds a grudge, she certainly can. If you steal enough of the
attention away from her, or do anything she disagrees with, she won’t forget
it.
If you rub Candace the
wrong way long enough, she will get back at you. She won’t do it in plain
sight, and you better believe it will be downright sneaky. Candace is an
extremely aggressive person. When she wants something she WILL get it. She
almost seems to do a complete one eighty. You see, Candace can be very
deceiving. She appears to be Miss Sunshine and Lollipops and because of that,
she can easily manipulate people to see it her way. Candace can make up a story
about another person saying “oh they said really mean things about me!” etc.,
and people will believe her. Since Candace isn’t prone to attack others, her
friends and acquaintances can only assume that others are attacking her. So
beware… Candace can turn people against a person quickly, and that can make her
opponent’s life living hell. Just think of manipulative Sae
from Peach Girl, though, I doubt Candace would go as far as Sae
sometimes does >_<;.
Anyway, back to physical
confrontations. Candace hates them because she wouldn’t want other people to
see her attack another person. That would ruin her nicey
nicey persona, and she doesn’t want that. Plus, being
innocent makes the onlookers side with her. You could almost think of Candace
as the damsel in distress. “Someone attacked Candace?” *gasp*! “How horrible!” That is exactly what an onlooker would
think. But what would happen if Candace was forced to stand up for herself?
What would happen if her opponent found out that she was the one spreading the
lies? First of all, Candace doesn’t want to give away the facts. She doesn’t
want her opponent to know that she was the one behind all the dirty work, even
if they think so. Candace will pretend as if nothing is wrong and act confused
at why the other person is angry at her. If she wanted to make the other person
feel guilty, she might even begin to cry and say something like “*sniffle* why…
are you accusing me?” If that didn’t work, Candace would certainly keep at it.
She could never admit that she turned people against another person that would
ruin her reputation. Or if she wanted to take a different route, she could politely
stand up to her opponent, you can think of it as a warning. She would say
something like, “When you do those sorts of things, it really hurts my
feelings.” You get the idea. Candace will always defend her family, her
interests, and her property.
If the other person won’t
stop, she will get down and dirty. So how would she do it? Of course she’d run
away or find someone to protect her, and then she’d go running to her friends
and acquaintances. Candace will say lies, or exaggerate the truth about her
opponent and cause others to gang up on him or her. In all honestly, Candace
doesn’t need a real reason to manipulate others to do her bidding. If she wants
something bad enough, she WILL manipulate others to get it.
Candace adores people who
let her get what she wants. She loves non-confrontational people, a.k.a.
“doormats”. It’s very easy to manipulate them and to have them serve whatever
needs she has. Usually she tries to “rope” these types in by pretending to be a
good friend and by gaining their trust. She wants everyone to love her and
trust her completely, that way they will never question their motives. People
who are stubborn and confrontational can present a challenge to Candace. They
are like stallions that need to be “broken in”, but once they are they can be
quite dependable. Occasionally one of them might catch on to her scheme, and
then she’ll have to let them go. If they know too much then she will have
someone take care of them, and by that I mean blackmail and/or roughing them up
a bit. Candace has an abundance of people at her disposal, and most of them are
willing to do anything to protect their dear friend Candace. You know, with the
exception of killing someone. Candace rotates her “friends” around and employs
each in different schemes. If she was to constantly employ one group of
“friends” they might get suspicious, but by varying it she keeps the suspicion
very low. Oddly enough, Candace could make a good mobster. If she had those
types of connections, there would be no doubt that she’d be an excellent leader
in any sort of crime business. She’s fortunate that she doesn’t and will probably
never have those connections.
But what would happen if
she couldn’t run and get her friends?
She would be on the defense, and of course she would still claim that
she was innocent. If the other person tried to take a good swipe at her she’d
dodge it, or hit back if she felt it was dire enough to do so. If someone
walked in on the fight Candace would fall to the ground and start sobbing
making it look as though the other person attacked her. <Insert part where
knight in shining armor rides in and saves her>. Believe me; this girl has
her ways of getting what she wants out of a situation. Candace doesn’t care if
she hurts the feelings of one of her enemies, especially if they do enough
“damage” to her, she will have no problem doing it right back. She will always
try to avoid hurting people dear and close to her, which are few in number, and
she will never manipulate them to do her bidding. Most of her close friends are
just as devious as her, how else could they stand her little schemes? Luckily,
all of Candace’s close friends have been close to her since primary school, so
none of them have any intentions of hurting or manipulating one another.
Candace and her friends are very devious, if people knew what they were really
like, no one would want to be around them. But what about
Candace’s friends who are truly innocent? Well, she treats them the same
as her close friends, except she hides her true devious nature. The only close
friend that this rule applies to is
Another type or
relationship, I have yet to mention, is Candace’s love life. Candace has many
crushes, like all girls, and she always seems to flirt with them in one way or
another. Of course many guys like her because of her happy and optimistic aura,
and because she is so “darn cute,” as they would put it. Candace just loves it
because of all the attention she receives, not to mention the gifts, and the
kisses on her cheeks *^.^* .Some guys like her because
of her damsel in distress act, and of course, they were the ones who had saved
her in the past. The only type of relationship that would work out for Candace
is if the guy was as equally badass as her. I mean, honestly, it’s a major part
of Candace’s life, she and her partner would have to have that as a common
ground. In romantic relationships, Candace is loving and supportive, IF she
finds the right person. She may even fall into a relationship just to use the
other person for money, romance, or whatever needs she currently has. Watch out
guys! A romantic relationship with the right guy may even help her; she needs
to vent her bottled emotions to someone. I’m sure her friends get tired of
hearing her vent to them after awhile.
Okay, I know you must be
wondering at least one thing… how does she get away with all of her deeds? First off, most of her plans aren’t terrible (in the
sense that she’s going to hunt someone down and kill them). Usually she just
lies to get what she wants like “My parents never have enough money to buy me
any clothes, and I spend all of my money on school courses, but I really want
that shirt!” and of course the guy (or girl) she was with would probably pitch
in some money and get it for her. Although it is still bad to lie, there are
much worse things she could do. I’m sure if someone was stealing all the
limelight from her or stealing away the guys that always dote on her, she’d get
someone to go and rough them up a bit. My main point is, eighty percent of the
time her schemes are so little and stupid (like the shirt example above) that
no one really thinks that she is using them or doing something devious. People
really believe her when she lies because she is very convincing, she would make
an awesome con-artist. Lying is second nature to her; she won’t even sweat,
flinch, or blink when she’s lying. If on that rare chance someone finds out
what she had done and told others, it would be very hard for that person to get
anyone to believe him/her. The only way for Candace to get caught is if someone
had hard evidence like a tape recording of her, a video, or something of that
sort. Another way Candace protects herself is by monitoring those who she
thinks are beginning to catch on to her. If she feels they know something she
will send others to monitor them, and in extreme cases, threaten them or
blackmail them. Her best friends will also step in and help her in these
situations, and vice versa. It would also be unlikely for her family, or Logan,
to catch on to her. Candace never commits any evil deeds around them, and she
takes every precaution to make sure they won’t find out. She could never hurt
those dear and close to her.
On a more interesting note,
Candace is a very creative girl. It is easy for Candace to make up inventions,
stories, and the like. I would imagine that she would be an excellent story
teller, as her imagination has no limits. Candace is also a good liar. She can
make anything sound convincing and people will buy it. She may even be able to
devise new and interesting battle plans for the Angels (you never know
0.o).Most of the time Candace prefers to vent her creative ability through
blacksmithing.
Candace also has a problem
with set answers. She believes that everything has multiple outcomes, and that
there is never one set possibility. This may be one of the reasons why she has
such an imaginative mind. Unfortunately, this causes Candace much trouble in
math, and possibly other situations in life. Candace might have difficulty
accepting a fact, i.e.: soul mates. She finds it impossible that there is one
true love out there just waiting for you. For all you know, you may never find
him/her. Candace feels comforted in the fact that there are numerous
possibilities, and each person has the right to choose.
Overall, Candace is a mess
of contradictions. She portrays herself as a sweet and bubbly girl, but she
doesn’t always act like one. Candace, like all people, has her own problems,
but it is questionable whether she entirely notices the scope of her issues and
the implications they will have later on.

Eyes: Candace's eyes are ovular in
appearance, with nicely trimmed eyebrows to accompany them. Her eyelashes are
decent in length, giving her eyes a natural appearance. Candace's eyes are sharp
and clear, sometimes it seems as though their gaze pierces through a person's
soul. Their color is an alluring purplish blue.
Face and Skin: Candace's face is ovular
with equal amounts of body fat spread around to give it a healthy look. Her
facial features are smoothed out, giving them a soft and delicate appearance.
For some reason her ears a bit smaller, but the change isn’t very dramatic. She
has a two piercings on each ear, and usually wears
small golden hoops in them. Candace also has a nose piercing and wears a small
diamond stud in it. It is not uncommon to see Candace wear makeup. Eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, mascara, and colored lip gloss are always on Candace (or in her purse). Of course her makeup gets rubbed off while working, and when she's taking a shower. Other than that she always has some sort of makeup on. She usually wears makeup that compliments her clothes, she likes to match! Candace's skin is unnaturally tan, compared to the pasty
white complexion which most Londoner's have. Her golden tan is natural, and is
the result of her Indian descent. A healthy glow seems to accompany her skin,
which appears smooth and soft. Hair: Candace’s hair is a thick mane of
loopy curls which gracefully falls to her shoulders. Her
hair is very shiny black which is even more brilliant in the sunlight. On her
forehead she also has a slight widows peak. Often she
will put her hairy up in messy double buns with chopsticks, braid her hair,
leave it down, or put it in a loose ponytail.
Build: Candace’s frame is above average
for a teenager. She isn’t stick thin, nor is she chubby. She has her fair share
of strength due rock climbing, stable work, and blacksmithing. Candace’s legs
are long and toned, as well as her arms. Her feet are a tad on the small side,
as well as her hands. Though her fingers are a bit longer and have short,
rounded, nails to complement them. She isn’t very tall, being 5’4”, but
sometimes wishes that she were taller. Carriage: When walking she seems to
naturally blend in. She can easily disappear in large crowds. Not magically
"poof", she just seems too unimportant to really pay attention to.
Candace carries herself as if she were relaxed and casual. Her body language
often suggests that she is happy and optimistic. Clothing: Around her house she will wear
looser fitting clothes, or anything that is good to relax in. In public,
Candace will wear the "in-season" clothes. The styles usually vary
from season to season and she almost always pleased with them. Luckily the
fashions don’t change too dramatically, so she doesn’t have to buy a whole new
wardrobe each season. Candace usually dresses according to the company she is
going to be with. At a party she might wear a satin tank top, jeans, high
heels, and a fake leather jacket. Or during the summer she might wear a nice
summer dress with sandals. You get the idea… Her closet also holds a lot of
Indian influenced clothing, just because she likes the style ^.^. In order to
pay for her new outfits, Candace saves up thirty percent of her monthly job
payment. Voice: Candace’s voice is a soft and
breathy soprano. Her voice is fluid, airy, and surprisingly cute ^^;. It is also rather high pitched; this is only worsened
when she is very excited. Abilities: Creativity - She has a creative and artistic
mind. I bet this could come in handy in many ways. Liar Liar Pants on Fire – Candace is an excellent liar and
can convince anyone of just about anything. Only very suspicious/paranoid
and/or strong willed people would be able to suspect her of lying. Candace can also tell if people are lying to her. Usually it's noticeable through their shaky voice or if their eyes seem to blink more than usual. She has her ways of telling, never try to fool a fooler. Being a Farrier - Candace is quickly becoming talented at blacksmithing. She
can make horseshoes and basic tools, but can‘t do the finer and more precise
pieces. Candace can also shoe horses decently. All Hail the Cook! - She can cook most common foods
with ease, including some Indian dishes. Candace learned most of her skills
from her grandmother and mother. Body Heat - Candace almost always has a
temperature that tends to linger around ninety-nine degrees Fahrenheit. When
people touch her, she has a tendency to feel warm, as if she was just out in
the sun. Although she has a higher body temperature, it doesn‘t mean she is
immune to the cold. Cold temperatures still agitate her, like it would
most people. Bilingual – Candace can speak English and Marathi fluently. Marathi is
a very prominent dialect in Mumbai, about fifty percent (or more) of the
population speaks it. She was taught the basics of Marathi by her father, and
she learned the rest from her family in Mumbai. Occasionally she will speak to
her Dad or Grandma in Marathi. † The Angelic Color: Orangey
red (#FF3300) Symbol: An equilateral triangle, which
mostly represents fire as well as power and danger. Or you can just read a more

sized key. Its handle has an ovular ruby inset, and the rest of it is fashioned
from pure gold. The ridges on the key are spikey and
some of the ridges even twist and distort in odd ways. In some sense, the
ridges represent flames from a fire. The key is worn on a gold chain around
Candace’s right wrist. Voile: As Nathaniel her hair left
down in its natural state. Her hair seems to defy the laws as gravity, as a few
of the longer strands are always seen floating. To top it off, Nathaniel has
golden sparkles throughout her hair. At night they aren’t very visible, but in
the daylight they shimmer brightly. The rest of her facial features remain the
same, even her ear piercings. Her symbol also glows
orangey red on her forehead. Now, where would any Angel
be without shoes? Nathaniel dons a pair of ballet flats. They are orangey red
in color, and are adorned in gold mehndi patterns. To
top it all off, Candace wears a long skirt on her lower body. She also wears
black spandex shorts underneath it, just in case her skirt ripped off or
happened to fly up. Her skirt reaches just below her belly button and gently
falls to her ankles. The inside layer of the skirt is made from orangey red
silk, and the top layer is an orangey red mesh. The mesh also has gold mehndi patterns strewn about, which gives Candace the
appearance of an Indian princess. On her upper body, Nathaniel dons an orangey
red corset that rests an inch and a half above her skirt. It has two
medium-sized shoulder straps which plunge into a square-like neck. The corset
is ribbed with gold piping and hooks up the front with tiny golden clasps. All
the edges are decorated with an assortment gold pieces and rubies. Nathaniel’s entire outfit
is fire resistant, as to prevent it from catching on fire during her attack.
Her halo is much whiter and brighter in color and can even help Nathaniel
maneuver at night. (You never know… it might come in handy 0.o). She also has mehndi on the palms and backs of her hands, with an

those of a Chimney Swift. She has long saber-like wings that are either
extended in flight or folded back when at rest. Unlike most wings, when they
are folded back, they are unable to be held bent at the joints. Her wings
barely brush along the ground when she walks, but even though they are long,
they are not bulky. She often has no problem walking in tight areas and such
because they do not hinder her. Each wing is roughly five feet long, making her
wingspan to be about ten feet. Nathaniel is a swift diver,
probably one of the fastest. Although, she is unable to do some aerial tricks
due to the joint limitations of her wings. She is known as being a top notch
diver, and can speed down to the ground almost instantly when needed. To gain
height, Nathaniel mostly relies on thermals. If there are no thermals around,
she has to flap her wings to gain height, speed, or take off. When flying at
lower speeds, Nathaniel is less maneuverable than usual. Her wings are decent
in strength, and she might be able to carry some of the lighter Angels. I would
imagine that if she was carrying someone, the ride would be very bumpy. Usually
she would prefer not to carry anyone, but only as a last resort. Her wings are
pure white, with sleek, pointy, fire-resistant feathers. At times, her wings
even reflect sunlight. Weapon: None L Climbing
the Sephiroth: Candace starts off with her
eyes closed and her body standing straight up. Her palms are parallel to the
ground, and arms straight at her side. Suddenly she grabs her key with her left
hand and holds it up towards the sky. “Crown…” the obligatory heavenly light
shines down upon her and her halo falls from the sky and magically places
itself above her head. She tilts her head up and says “Wisdom..”
soon the background behind the ‘Nathaniel Avatar’ starts to shimmer shades of
yellow, orange, and red. “Understanding..” as the
background shimmers, strips of fire wrap around her body engulfing the
Nathaniel Avatar slowly. Then in a long stream of words Nathaniel shouts “mercy, strength, beauty, victory, splendor,
foundation, kingdom!” Suddenly there is a
bright flash and firework sparks spew out in all directions. Finally the bright
light and fireworks fade. Nathaniel then opens her eyes, flaps her wings, and
strikes her pose. She is now left standing in her voile. Gifts: Fire Resistance - Her skin is fire resistant,
therefore she cannot get burned at all. In fact, she can’t even feel the heat.
Instead it feels like a cool current moving along her skin. Fire Manipulation - Nathaniel is like Pyro from X-Men. She can increase the size of a fire, its
location, and even its shape. Nathaniel is able to do this by using her mind. Halo Beacon - Her halo is rather bright, but it
is even more noticeable at night. If Nathaniel concentrates hard enough she can
turn the intensity on her halo down so she doesn’t stick out too much. Usually
she likes her bright halo at night because it lights up all the dark places and
allows her to maneuver around dark alleyways and such. Too Hot to Handle – Within seconds Nathaniel can raise her body temperature to
an alarming degree. If someone grabs her and she wants a quick getaway all she
has to do is raise her body temperature and her opponents arms, hands, etc.,
would be badly burned from where they touched her. This effect only lasts for a
maximum of one minute. It was also said that in the past she could cause her
entire body to catch on fire. Of course, this would have the same effect as
before, and possibly worse. Attack: Inferno Blaze! Stock Footage: Nathaniel spreads her arms out to
her sides and her arms start to glow orange and twinkle with glitter. She
closes her eyes and tilts her head up to the sky. She then slowly floats a few
feet into the air and says, “Inferno…” Nathaniel’s arms glow much brighter. As
this happens she opens her eyes, gets in a bracing position, and then screams
“BLAZE!” while thrusting her two arms forward creating a big cannon of fire,
which burns the opponent with a holy fire. The Effects: The fire basically engulfs the
opponent in flames while slowly burning him/her from the outside in. The fire
can last as long as any typical fire. It just depends how fast the opponent is
able to beat the fire out and where it‘s burning. This power only takes up 1/4
of Nathaniel’s power, meaning she can use it four times per henshin.
Once the fire is on the opponent and burning him/her, she does not have to main
any sort of mental concentration on that person to keep the fire burning. She
is free to move around and do as she whishes while the opponent is on fire,
which is a very good advantage for her. Her Inferno Blaze can be
blocked by power greater than hers, or any type of regular flame retardant (who
knows? A bad guy might carry that around). It can possibly be put out by
asbestos in buildings, or a water-type attack. The attack is easier to dodge.
It can be dodged if the opponent sees the attack coming or if the opponent is
able to run out of the way. Or maybe by some sort of magical
shield? She can also combine her attack with most other Angels,
excluding water and ice attacks, to create a more devastating effect. Nathaniel’s attack works
only on bad guys. It is a holy fire, and like holy water, can only burn and
hurt those without a pure heart and soul. So if she were to try it on an Angel
it wouldn’t work at all. Since the attack is basically a directed flame cannon,
it can only hit a certain area. Candace may be able to hit up to two or three
baddies with her attack; they just have to be standing rather close together. The only side effect of
this attack is the smoke that follows. Depending on the size of the fire the
smoke can last from anywhere from two minutes to five minutes. The breeze is
also a factor in this. On another note, Candace is
able to shoot out small fiery blasts at will, but they are no where near as
powerful as her attack. They could be quite useful in a diversion or if the
Angels needed someone to stall the bad guys. Angelic Fighting Style and Mentality: Okay, this
isn’t in the app, but I needed to add this. At least for the council to know ^^;. Candace usually hates
fighting because she wants to make herself look innocent. As Nathaniel she
doesn’t care if she’s trying to look innocent or not, she just wants to get the
job done and kick some butt with a fiery cannon Past Lives: During the Holy War I was thinking
of having her be an apprentice to a master smith like Peter, or something like that.
Or perhaps if there was an Angel of Forge, Nathaniel could have some relation
to him or her. Maybe even a connection to Yomael, maybe the reason why she likes to blacksmith? If possible I'd like her to have a past connection to another character in the game, especially if the connection was a love interestrest. (Sorry, I'm a sap for love ><;). Though it would require a male character who was equally badass as her, or complimented her in some way. If I'm accepted and any players are interested in this concept, then I'd love to try it. I was also thinking of her being an Arelim,
and eventually reach that rank later in the game. † Writing Sample Just Your Average Family

Marathi The sun came in through the window, illuminating Candace’s
golden face in exquisite perfection. Her skin seemed to shimmer as if someone
had brushed shimmer dust all over it. Candace’s hair fell in front of her eyes,
and she quickly brushed it back behind her ears. Her eyes intently stared at
the book she was holding, and they seemed to dart from right to left almost
instantaneously. Candace flipped the page in a subdued fashion. Why hurry when
you had all day to yourself? Each page led her deeper and deeper into the
story, she was completely immersed in it. Candace just had to finish her book
by the end of the day, and she was very eager to see the ending. Before she
could get any further a long shout came from the other room. “*Candace, can you come here?*” Shakti’s
loud and bossy voice seemed to pull all attention in the house towards her
position. “*Okay grandma! Just hold on a
second!*” Candace scrambled around her bed to find her bookmark. It seemed like
she was always loosing one thing or another in her room. At times her mother
referred to her room as a ‘death trap’, since it was so cluttered and
disorganized. Then again, organizing was never really Candace’s strong point.
After a few minutes of searching, Candace found her bookmark underneath her
comforter. Soon enough she was off to the kitchen to go assist Shakti. She had an inkling that
tonight she was going to have to help her cook again. Candace opened her door
and went down the rather short hallway, and straight into the kitchen. “*What
is it grandma?*” “*Finally, took you long enough,*” Shakti
was obviously frustrated.”*I’m having a hard time cooking this soup and trying
to attend to the other dishes. Do you think you could add the ingredients in
for me?*” Candace nodded and took the large wooden spoon from her.
She stirred the soup every so often so its contents would not burn at the
bottom. After a few minutes of doing this she decided to check the recipe. It
called for a dash of salt and pepper, a few chopped up vegetables, and some
noodles. “Well,” Candace thought to herself, “grandma really made it easy for
me this time.” Candace added the ingredients and stirred them together for a
few more minutes. She then turned off the stove and lay down the wooden spoon.
“*I’m all done with the soup grandma, need anything else?*” Before she could get
any further into conversation, her dad came up behind her and gave her a hug. “*Hey Candace, I didn’t see you at all today. Mmmm, that smells good. Can I have a taste?*” Sanjiv went to go take a sip of the soup before Shakti hit him on the back with the wooden spoon. “*Silly boy, wait ‘till dinner!*” That was the weird
thing about Shakti, she still viewed her son as a
child. But on the other hand, Sanjiv acted still
acted like a young boy, despite his age. “*Alright, I’ll wait*,” Sanjiv
backed away from the soup and proceeded to talk to his daughter. “So, how was
your day?*” he asked her while sneaking in a bite of the dessert. “Ah, it was pretty good. I went shopping with Jocelyn
this morning, and we bought a few things. Oh, and I also started a new book!
It’s called Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. You should read it after I’m
through with it.*” “*If I get around to it, the business has been very busy
this week,*” Sanjiv seemed to sigh disappointingly. “*Didn’t you hire some new people*?” “*Well your mother fired one of them today, they seemed
more interested in talking than actually working. Figures, I really don’t like
hiring teenagers.*” “*Hey! You hired me!*” Candace
teased. “*Well, you’re an exception because you’re my daughter,*”
Sanjiv smiled. “*Candace,” Shakti began, “*you
can go finish your book. Dinner will be ready in a little bit, so don’t be
late*” Shakti pointed the wooden spoon at her. Candace assured her that she wouldn’t while she exited
the kitchen. As she walked down the hallway she could hear Shakti
yelling at her Dad about dessert. Candace smiled a bit, she was glad to have
her family. There was never a dull day in the Agniala

the figure drawing department, and my scanner is broken. If you want to donate

specifically for the Angels Never Came

doom. Pretending to be a damsel in distress would be of no use to her, she
needs to defend her life and her team mates. Plus, she’s doesn’t want to look
innocent, she wants to seem powerful and intimidating to her opponent. She’s
still quite self-absorbed in this state, and I’m sure she’ll make some stupid
claim saying that she’s the best (and the strongest) and it will probably
prompt an argument amongst her and someone else. Nathaniel’s first priority is
to defend herself and to go the job done, and the second is to help her team
mates and/or bail them out of trouble (of course she’ll want some thanks or
praise after doing so…).
