| "This is a challenge! I want you to listen to the sound of my voice as surely as you breath/Allow my words to fall upon your ears like airborne anchors, but take heed, I am neither prophet nor clergy/Nor am I worthy of praise at least not until the days in which we''l belive in heathens who speak in honesty even when lies are fashionable as they are fathomable and truth in unimaginable/Please, do not believe in me, but my words/Listen with open hearts and open minds to art that finds it's own way in the dark corridors of disbelief/My rhythm skips it's feet to intentionally miss the beat and disrupt the cadence of programmed thought patterns triggering behaviors that enslave your existence/This resistence movement revolutionizes a 180 degree maneuver that saves your individuality as I happily inform you that going along with the crowd means that you can never venture beyond their destination/" -Chancelier "Xero" Skidmore |

| This was a unique production I was honored to be a part of that explored the challenges and strengths of diversity and looked with an objective eye upon Mankind as a unified being that shares the truth of common ground. It assembled artians from all across southern Louisiana, including director Shanna Forrestall, slam poet "Xero" Skidmore, guest artists Matthew Morris and Alvin Baptiste, choreographers Kari Millet and Jessica Rodd, along with a number of dancers, actors, and singers to create a truly enlightening experience. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| "This is a challenge! I want you to confront your fears with arrows and spears of comprehension because only then will ignorance finally get the point/Rally round the flag of the planet and banish its cultural borders/Do what you must to become learned in customs that are not soley indigenous to your side of the street/Struggle against preconceived answers to unasked questions/Acknowledge more than only your reflection/Learn to see beauty in a variety of complexions/Believe that your tribe is not the only one capable of affection/Trust that you'll receive some of it back if you strive towards personal connections/Understand that hate sometimes is nothing more than fear of rejection/See, Person A fears that clique B won't fully accept Person A, and what is easier than person A confronting that fear in person A refusing to accept clique B, C?" -Chancelier "Xero" Skidmore |
