In his early days Stevie lived in
Miami dreaming to hit it big as a singer. As well as singing
he also played keyboards for bands but he was unable to get a
record deal. To make money he started engineering and producing
for other artists. In 1980 Stevie started his own recording studio
where he released his first hard to find single "Sending
Out For Love". In 1986 though is when he finally hit it
big on the airwaves with singles like "Party You Body",
"Spring Love" and "Dreamin Of Love" off his
debut "Party You Body" album. It's success got him
a deal by LMR Records where his debut and next two albums, "In
My Eyes" and "Love And Emotion" all hit platinum
sales. To extend Stevie's success, he also produced acts such
as B.V.S.M.P, Jaya and Linear who all had hit songs. Since LMR,
Stevie has changed a few record labels and made three more albums,
"Funky Melody" being the most successful of the three
and going international.
In 1997, Stevie B relocated to Los Angeles and started Dance
2000 Records under which he released his newest album "Right
Here, Right Now".
