This Former DJ created teh New School Freestyle Sound when freestyle was slowing down in 1990. He released a song with Lisette Melendez "Make Some Noise" which was released on an independant label. Due to the great popularity it recieved on the dance floors, Columbia/Ral asked the producer to create some more songs for Lisette Melendez who signed with teh record company. The first release from her was Together Forever which not only hit the top of the dance and crossover radio charts but also Billboards top 40. Later he produced a song called Temptation by Corina. She wrote teh song long time ago and was shopping around for a good beat that would help support her lyrics. Carlos recorded a demo and the song was a hit. It managed to climb the top 10 on Billborad.

He later produced more songs to come as well as remixing for artists like Lisette Melendez, Coro, Sweet Sensation. You can hear his new works of art on the latest Rockell CD, mixing freestyle old and new with a techno flavor.
