All Basics to be done left and right side
1 Mat Etiquette
2 Basic Exercises
3 All Breakfalls
4 Ready Stance, Standard Stance, Straddle Stance, Cat Stance
5 Various Blocks
6 Basic Bag Work - To include all kicks and hand strikes
7 Breaking a back strangle *thrust lock* - body drop
8 Breaking a front strangle:
A Cross Block and back fist
B Kick and shoulder lock
C Left Palm Strike, take down and strike to throat
9 Application of straight arm locks:
A From a wrist grab, bar block, strike with elbow, apply lock
B From a rising strike, bar block, strike to face, apply lock
10 Hip throw (Arm bar over right leg)
11 Application of shoulder locks
A From grab and punch, cross block and back fist, apply lock, knee to
face
B From rising strike, bar block, strike to face, apply lock, knee to face
12 Recovery Position
