Senior Orange Belt Syllabus
All Basics to be done left and right side
1 Mat Etiquette
2 Combination Breakfalls
3 Stances (Crossleg, hourglass, kneeling)
4 Basic Strikes (Eight)
5 Palm heel paris/blocks
6 Various kicks - To include back,snap, stamp, outside reaping and inner
reaping kicks
7 Bag work - 3 x one minute rounds, 20 seconds rest inbetween
8 Half shoulder throw ((Double wrist pin)
9 Body drop (Prayer lock)
10 Leg throw with lock (From righthand downward strike stepping forward
11 Back hammer lock (From uppercut to stomach)
12 Crab claw scissors
13 Back hock throw
14 Inside hock
15 Escapes - While held over the arms from the front
16 Escapes - While held over the arms from the back (Elbow strike, take
knees, strike to groin
17 Escapes - While held under the arms from the front (Strike to kidneys,
take down with face pin and straight arm lock and kneel over and pin
opposite arm
18 Escapes - While held under the arms from the back (Strike hands, step
back, take leg, stamp on groin
19 Knee wheel (Step over, knee pin, reverse cricket bat)
20 Shoulder and lapel throw (Lapel choke)
21 Random attacks (3)
22 Ground fighting (One minute)
23 Recovery position
