3 Stances (10)
4 Bag work (4 x 2 minutes - 30 second rest)
5 Spinning strikes (Elbow and) against bag and against Uke
6 Jumping kicks demonstrated on bags (Front, side, roundhouse)
7 Blocks in Kata form
8 Jumping forward leg sweep
9 Escape from head chancery:
A From left hand grab (strike groin, inside hock)
B From right hand grab (strike groin, grab hair, pull back)
C From front (strike groin, pinch muscles, take down and strike
10 Escape from garotting:
A From left or right side (Backfist, shoulder arm lock)
B From behind (Backfist, leg throw, leg lock)
11 Hip wheel (Half nelson, & facial nerve hold)
12 Hold downs (5-4-4-7)
13 Defence against ground strangles:
A From left or right side (Strike with knee, take over with leg, apply
lock
B From behind (Knee to head, take over with ears, strike to throat)
C From on top inside legs (Double leg lock, half nelson and strike)
14 Dropping version of a body drop (Yoke hold.left leg and figure 4 lock)
15 Front scoop (Two types)
16 Rear scoop (Kick to spine)
17 Spring hip throw
18 Indian death lock
19 Scissors and naked choke hold
20 Outside block, kick to solar plexus and throw
21 Sleeper holds (Two)
