A little on programming-
I am a ten year old who knows HTML. A not so compicated complicated computer language. What? Computers have languages?
Well yes they do have languages! I know I went from security to computer languages but that is life. Anyway, a computer language, well most of them, have their own land, kind of like France and French. Well this "land" is called a compiler. A compiler takes code it is given and runs a program according to the code.

BlitzBasic- BlitzBasic is a compilied code, and is very simple to learn, read, and write. If you want to learn more buy a book by Maneesh Sethi called "Game Programming for Teens" it will teach you all about BlitzBasic.

HTML- Hyper Text Mark-up Language is the stuff your reading right now, sort of. The code went through a process I like to call Code Ellimination, becasue what it does is it goes through a series of loops until it finds what it wants. Say if you were to click on a link, it elliminates everyline of code until it finds what happens to links, if they change color, where they take you and all that stuff. Unlike BlitzBasic, HTML does not need a compiler. It is a mark-up language, which means you mark-up a text editor like NotePad or Microsoft Word. There are editors that turn the text into a different color according to what the command is supposed to do.

If you would like to learn some computer languages, check out the Business section at your local library.
Find the section that has titles that have Pascal or C++ or C in them there you should find some information about computer programming.
