I found that it is quite easy to make webpages... I have several up right now. I would like to explain a little on how to host a site before I get to the safeness part of the internet.
1.Find the right hosting site for you-bravenet.com, geocities.yahoo.com(if you have a yahoo account), freewebs.com, and 50webs are some I know of but you should find one that is right for you.
2.Think of what you want your site to be about. Porn is not a subject that should be put up. It is a bad subject and that kind of thing is getting too out-of-hand on the internet. But you should find a subject for your site, maybe even a sub-subject.
3.Come up with ways to advertise on your site, I recomend Bravenet.com because it has an affialiate program that if you get a person to join you get a dollar in your affiliate account, and it has lot's of ways to advertise, the only flaw with it is if you don't have a pro account it also advertises on your site.
4.Publish your site to the web and check at least monthly on your site to make sure there are no flaws-from an experienced person on that subject.
5.Tell your friends to tell their friends to tell their friends so on and so forth about your site so you can get a fair amount of traffic.
