Come Back

Come back to me oh fundamental wonder.
Ive missed you in your absence.
My life has been a sad-lovers blunder,
Completely void of happiness.

Have you unlearned the love we invented
Or have you chosen to ignore that feeling?
To abandon the love that cant be dented,
Choosing to laugh at my relentless pleading.

Will you ignite the candlelight
Or leave me here in a fools embrace?
I would give you everything but my sight,
So that I could do nothing but see your face.

Could the Heavens give back their prize
To delete the sadness thats eternally sown?
You are the loon that refuses to die
And the most beautiful thing Ive ever known.
