Discarded

Like a thirsty dog with rabies,
All morals and honor lost.
Carrying this disease
Lying & cheating at any cost.

Finding no sanity in reality
I search for ways to escape.
Taking vacations to majestic seas
Struggling in terror to tear the tape.

Looking everywhere for my goal,
Fearing that love will escape me.
Selling my happiness & soul,
But find Im held in captivity.

I stare into the fire burning
Im deep in a trench of sorrow.
Disgusted with what Im earning,
Always waiting for tomorrow.
