Truth or Consequences

Of all the evils in this place,
Of all the sins your could repeat,
Just one more of yours I must face
But you cover it up with more deceit.

Your lies are piling higher,
Choking me to the last breath.
Just one truth would light my fire
For that alone Id face death.

You feel so guilty, yet you cant quit,
As everything you say is lies.
You wont sleep till you end it;
Until the obsessive deceit dies.

Your teeth grind in your sleep
Perhaps youre reflecting on your day.
Or in your dreams you may be weeping,
For theres no truth in anything you say.
