A Perfect World

Children laugh & play on a beautiful day
As the youth lays tomorrows plan.
Always respecting what the elderly say
Weve earned the right to be called man.

Our dreams have come true,
And our future is so bright.
Our hopes alive; the sky blue.
Everything is finally all right.

Weve reinstated auld lang syne
From the bane pits of despair.
Our minds at peace; our actions fine
Burning inside us the will to care.

What once was hatred is relinquished,
Temptation has surrendered its brutal strife.
We now bask in the paradise weve established
There is now a purpose to this life.
