Funeral services for Mr. George Neiland Addison, 57, of Mt. Carmel, were held on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 10 a.m., at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with Rev. G. Pat Jackson officiating. Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

Mr. Addison died in Shreveport, on August 31, 1986, at 7:49 a.m.

He was an assistant music director of the Baton Rouge Catholic Diocese, a band director from 1981 to 1983 at Zwolle High School, a special ed teacher one year at S. A. R. C., and then to Many Jr. High School until his death.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria C. Addison of Baton Rouge; one son, Neil Addison Jr. of Plano, Tex., and a daughter-in-law, Terri F. Addison; one daughter, Vanessa Marie Addison; mother, Mrs. Sylvia R. Addison of Many; one sister, Vesta Eileen Lombard of Mt. Carmel; and two grandchildren.

 Funeral services for Glenda Rhodes Bentley, 55, were held at 11
a.m., Jan. 9, in the chapel of Christopher Smith Funeral Home.

 Rev. Sydney Odom officiated. Interment was in Andersonville
National Cemetery.

 Mrs. Bentley passed away at her residence, after an extended
illness, on Jan. 6, 1995.

 Glenda was preceded in death by a sister, Ernestine Rhodes; and
her daddy, Ernest Rhodes.

 Mrs. Bentley was a native of Louisiana, and had lived in Warner
Robins since 1976. She was the daughter of the late Ernest
Rhodes. She was of the Baptist faith.

 Survivors include her widower, William R. Bentley of Warner
Robins, Ga.; daughter, Connie Adkins of Warner Robins; mother,
Mrs. Una Bell Rhodes McCormic of Many; grandchildren, Stephen,
and Alicia Adkins, both of Warner Robins; two brothers, Eugene
Rhodes of Baytown, and Richard Rhodes of Florien; sister, Delores
Rhodes Yates of Longview, Tex.; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews; and a host of friends.
