* Max Strength for all races is 18 for classes that do not get the Warrior
Strength bonus. For classes that do get the bonus, max Strength is 18/00 for
all races except those with a penalty, which have a max Strength of 18/50
(18/25 for Drow). If a character of a "weak" race rolls an 18 strength, and
gets the percentile bonus due to class, then subtract 10 (20 for Drow) from the
percentile roll, keeping the character's racial max in mind. Non-Warrior
characters must still make the normal subtraction from the 18.
