Read as much of the page as you'd like (the more the better really). Then in the middle of the page, about half-way down you'll see a fill in the blank section where you choose an ID. The next page will want a little information about you. This is for their records and tax information. They will e-mail you, but it isn't a torrent of e-mail. A little more e-mail to begin with, then you'll get about one a week. Maybe a little less. They recommend that you check in on their website for news weekly.

Then check your e-mail. Keep the first couple of e-mails you get, they detail your login, your password, the links you give out, etc. So they are important to read. Then you just tell people. E-mail friends, stick a flier in the office breakroom (you can download them from their website). That's really all there is to it. Just keep recommending them.
