The XBOX clan Special Operations operates a ' 3 Strike System
' for insubordination . Every time you break a rule it counts as a
possible strike . On your third Strike you will be officially
dismissed from Special Operations without honours .

* Note - If we feel an offense is extremely serious then we may bypass
the ' 3 Strike System ' and instantly sever clan membership .

** Note on strikes - There are TWO / 2 types of strike currently issued :
1. TEMP. - Temporary strikes - Subject to review after three/3 months
. 2. PERMA. - Permanent strike .

0. First and foremost - this rule is number zero for a good reason -
because this goes without saying - NO CHEATS !!!
if you are scanned positive by one of our security officers - you will
face on the spot dismissal - S.O. does not tolerate cheats - hacks -
trainers of ANY type - you have been warned .

1 . All members MUST have an active and online capable full yahoo
account. Only have a yahoo email or only yahoo I.M. will render you -
COMBAT INEFECTIVE .

2 . Once you are officially a member of Special Operations - you MUST
make your companys weekly sign in - this is a MANDATORY sign in for
ALL squad members and ALL platoon personel unless otherwise excused .
This is one half of your basic 2+2 .

3 . Once you are officially a member of Special Operations - and you
have been allocated to an active squad - you MUST make your companys
weekly squad training session <MTS> - this is a MANDATORY two hour
training session unless you are otherwise excused . This is the second
half of your basic 2+2 .

4 . If you wish to be excused / request leave OR if you can not make
either weekly training or weekly sign in - you must give at least 24
hours notice via e-mail or Instant Message your superior officer. For
time off and real life activitys <RLA> there are three/3 options to
choose from -

1. Vacation - <V> - This option gives you two weeks earned vacation
per annum .
2. Leave - <OL> - This option gives you up to one month off from full
active service per annum . *
3. Extended Leave - <EXL> - gives you up to three months off from full
active service per annum . *

* In both cases of requested leave - options two and three - you must
continue to sign in once per week in your company / platoon sign in .
That will be your only official duty while on leave or extended leave
. Failure to attend sign in will leave you open to the striking system
currently in place .

** Cadets are NOT entitled to a request of leave . To qualify for
leave options two and three - a minimum of three months active squad
service must be served .

5 . Promotions must not be given out to any person without the prior
consent and authority of the Com. and/or CSEC . You are only to wear
the rank that has been awarded to you on the authority of the Com.
and/or CSEC . Lieutenants are allowed to reward ranks up to Corporal
without having to refer to the com. and/or CSEC - any rank over
corporal must be approved by the Com. and/or CSEC .

* CSEC - Command Section .

5a . Your S.O. ingame name must consist of the following -
SO_your namehere . Please observe the use of the underscore .

6 . You do not have the power to call a war with any other clan . Clan
wars must always be approved by the Com. and his nominated 2IC . The
Com. and/or CSEC will announce any rules or conditions of any
forthcoming war .

6a . You do not have the power to call any official alliance with
anther clan . Clan alliances must always be approved by the Com.
and/or CSEC .

7 . All recruiting must be done in accordance with the officially
approved recruiting guidelines . These are available on request from
the Com. ONLY .

8 . All official and member hosted Special Operations XBC rooms or
dedicated servers must start with the following -
-SO - servernamehere
Please observe the use of the uppercase in -SO- . -SO-servernamehere

9 . Special Operations should be your only Rainbow Six 3 clan .
Members are not permitted to be active members in other RS3/ RS3-black
arrow clans .

10 . Lastly - this rule is our last rule for a good reason - because
this goes without saying - NO CHEATS !!! if you are scanned positive
