| "People who give up freedom for security achieve neither" Benjamin Franklin I like that quote. It has really put things into perspective especially since the recent tragedy our nation experienced on September 11th. I am asking, that you read through this leaflet despite the fact that it may challenge some of the principles and ideals that you have used as a standard throughout your life. If you give it a chance, it may change your life and our future. Please understand, that it has not been a tremendous length of time since I began researching the multitude of information available that explains many of the problems that our society is plagued with today. The more I look, the more proof I find that indicates that these problems are a direct result of race differences/problems in America. Please, with an open mind continue reading. I will share with you a personal story from my very own life. The high school that I attended was almost perfectly integrated. 50% white students, and 50% black. I was a quiet somewhat studious teenager who preferred my favorite group of friends where I felt more comfortable. One day while walking to my next class, I was suddenly physically assaulted by a black teenage girl for no apparent reason. Up until that point, this was the scariest thing that had ever happened to me. She slapped and punched me repeatedly until stopped by a teacher passing by. I did nothing to provoke this attack and I can still remember the circle of black faces around me laughing and chanting "fight! fight". I was later told by a school counselor that these actions could not be blamed on the black students because they were fighting back years of oppression and poverty. Later that year while reaching into her locker, my sister was intentionally kicked by a passing black youth. He skipped down the hall guffawing with his black cohorts. Again, the assault was unprovoked and went ignored by our school. The students were suspended for two days because my parents would not stop pleading with the school system for some sort of corrective action. They were advised at that time that our safety could not be guaranteed upon these students return. "Apparently", they said "we had been targeted by a school gang" but their hands were tied. There was nothing they could do. I still find this hard to believe when a school principal is supposed to be an authority figure. My parents decided to move the entire family to a safer school district. I would do the same thing today with my own family as I'm sure you would for yours. I am sure that this story does not come to you as a shock. We hear stories like this in the news and from our friends and family every day. It is not the incident itself that concerns me. I was left unharmed when all was said and done, but the remarks of that counselor still haunt me. I should feel guilty for the sins of a troubled youth because she supposedly was fighting back 200 years of oppression and poverty?? Basically, this was the first time in my life that it became apparent that it was not OK to stand up for my own race. In so many ways, it still isn't. I know, without a doubt that you can come up with several examples of how you personally have experienced first hand the double standard that our race faces. Many times we talk about it like it's a joke, but in our hearts, we realize the severity of our situation. Still, we seem to shrug it off. I wan't to say, with all sincerity, you DO NOT have to be ashamed of being white any longer. There are so many things to be proud of. You DO NOT have to feel guilty for saying "I AM PROUD TO BE WHITE." Saying that does NOT make you a "hater" or a "racist". I wan't a better life for my child. I will fight for his freedom and for his decendants freedom. I will fight for his race. I realize that it may not always be easy. I may have to give up my favorite luxury while I am wading through all of the deceit that beguiles our world. His freedom is worth it! You may not realize that OUR race, the magnificant white race is just about less than 10% of the world's population? I want to believe that my great-great grandchildren will have a thriving existance. This is a scary point in my opinion, and believe me, it is only one of many. Now, I know it is easy to let another person do the hard stuff, but YOU may be the one person who has the ability to change the outcome of our race's future. Sounds like a tall order doesn't it. Not really! YOU will bring a unique perspective that only YOU can bring because of your morals and honor. YOU will bring something new to the proverbial table! We are gifted and strong as a race and so are YOU. All I am asking you to do is ask questions. Do research. Have a conversation with someone that can offer you a different perspective. I am here to represent the Free Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. They can provide you with the answers to so many of the unanswered questions you will undoubtedly have as you begin to learn the truth. Their belief system is much the same as yours. You have heard rumors about them your whole life but I promise you that they are NOT true. Their belief system is based on the Bible. Honor, dignity and LOVE. I am just like you, I would not stand behind them if they were involved in any illegal activity. I stand behind them because they are standing up to the immoral an unjust things that I wan't to change in this world. They "fight" for my right to live in a peaceful world and raise my children with dignity and self-respect. My child will NOT feel ashamed and your's will NOT either. These precious children are our future plain and simple. Any of the members of the Free Knights will be happy to talk with you. They wan't to share their hope for the future with everyone they meet! Think about how YOU would like to make a difference and then decide how you will take part in the most important thing you could ever do. Have a conversation, ask questions. If you feel more comfortable, write a letter. Your commitment is important to OUR survival as a race. As Benjamin Franklin put it so eloquently, "People who give up freedom for security achieve neither." Thank you and God bless you!
