Hedgehog Slice
what you need
250g pkt of plain sweet biscuits
100g white marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
110g butter
400g chocolate buttons
what you do
Crush half of the biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Chop
the remaining biscuits roughly.
Combine the marshmallows, milk, 60g butter and 200g chocolate buttons and melt
over simmering water or in a microwave. Stir in the biscuit crumbs.
Gently stir in the biscuit crumbs. Press the mixture into a foil-lined rectangular
pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Melt the remaining cocolate buttons and butter, stirring until smooth, and
spread over the slice. Refrigerate until topping is set. Cut into rectangles.
