Love pictured at 12 years of age!
"Love" was an incredible Collie!  She did nearly everything I wanted her to, she just hated the Show ring!  After I realized that, and concentrated on the other sports available, we got along fine.  She was a great mother and had 5 litters for me over the years.  She produced 3 Champions, another with 7 points(Brenda) and so many other titled offspring when I applied for her ROMX, she had over double the points needed.

We kept sons and daughters from her, her legacy will live on forever in our kennel.  She created the "Freeheelen Look"  Her beautiful head and face have come through one generation after another.

I remember going to Michigan for the first Carting test.  It was a cold October day, and we were in a school parking lot.  The Stays were done in the pouring rain, and the dogs were basically laying in puddles, yet she did it!  She had been trained to cart pulling my crate dolly, never hooked up to a real cart until that day.  After I learned how to handle better, we acheived 2nd place in the afternoon test!  My first but not last CRT (Carting Dog.)

Love was placed with Fiona(in photo above) when she was seven.  When she was 12, just after this photo was taken, Fiona went on a business trip, and Love stayed with Grandma.  Fiona came home, and passed away in her apartment, Love ended up remaining with Fiona's mom, as I was told "I couldn't take her dog away when she had just lost her daughter!"  We all miss you LOVE, I am glad you are with Fiona now.
Keep catching those rabbits!
