ConnectionRate

ConnectionRate is a property of a NeuralNet object. It can be used to specify a sparsely connected neural net of the Layer type. The degree to which neurons are connected is specified as a real number from 0 to 1. The default is 1 for a fully connected network. Changing this property will reset the weights in a net of Layer type. It is read-only for a Shortcut net.
