QuickpropStepsizeFactor

QuickpropStepsizeFactor is a property of a NeuralNet object. It is used by the Quickprop training algorithm. The factor, named mu, is used to adjust the step-size. The factor should always be above 1. The default value for this parameter is 1.75.
