" Weight lost gradually is less likely to be regained" ....
" If I lose 1 or 2 pounds a week for one year that's 52 or more pounds".......
"Diets  Die, Lifestyle Lives and Lasts"......
Most people agree that :
ATTITUDE is the most difficult
part of any diet. It is hard to keep motivated and stick to it.
I know as soon as I start a "diet"
I feel like life is so unfair.
Why am I being punished ?
Why can I not eat anything I want to and look and feel the way I want to?
                                                                                                                                                  
                                            Why do they not have to diet.?

Why do some people lose four pounds a week and I struggle  with One or two?
                            God made each one of us special.  So let's try using a different  measuring tool.
                      Remember it is not a race! The most important reason to diet is overall good health,
which will naturally take care of weight control.
                   The Bible says in
Matthew 6:34 " Take therefore
no thought for the morrow. for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." 
                            
The New contemporary English says:
Matthew 6:34 " Don't worry about tomorrow. If will take care of itself. You have enough to worry about today"
So lets take one day at a time. I count each day a victory when I ate correctly and enjoyed it!  YES
