Stall Reservation Form

All reservations for stalls need to use this form.  All exhibitors wishing to be stalled together must be included on this form.  Stalls that are added later cannot be guaranteed to be stalled with the original reservation.

If you want shavings delivered to your stalls you must indicate so on this form.  It is also necessary to include a contact person and phone number or e-mail address.  All requested shavings will be delivered and will have to be paid for.
