Information and Rules: Appaloosa Classes

All classes will
be run and judged according to the 2007 ApHC Rulebook.

All exhibitors
and owners of record must be current members of ApHC.
Applications are available at the show office.
-
All Youth and
Non-Pro exhibitors must have a current A Y A or Non-Pro
card. Youth classes are designed for people 18 years of age
or younger as of January 1, 2007.
-
Registration
papers, both sides, and current Coggins (within 12 months)
are required.
-
All classes to be
run in the order listed in the published class list.
-
NO REFUNDS on
scratched classes. This includes the per class per judge
fee.
-
NO JUDGES FEE!
-
Adds and
scratches must be made two classes before the class is to be
run.
-
There is a
returned check fee of $25.00.
Pointing:
Delaware, Keystone, Shenandoah Blue Ridge, and IVAA.

A youth rider
shall be 18 years old or younger as of January 1, 2007.

Adult riders
shall be those 19 years old or older.

All horses must
have a current Coggins (within 12 months).

All classes to be
run in the order listed in the published class list.

scratched classes.

returned check fee of $25.00.
Stall Information and
Reservations:
Exhibitors are encouraged to make stall reservations early. We
now have 240 stalls available to us for use. Camper spaces,
however, are limited and reservations are encouraged.
Stalls:
$35.00 on first come first served basis.
Camper hookup: $30.00
Haul in: No Fee
Payment for stall
reservations and camper hookups must accompany reservations.
Please make checks payable to Free State ApHC and include your
phone number/e-mail and the number of stalls, camper hookups
(if needed) and the anticipated date of your arrival and
departure. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON PREPAID STALLS. ORDER
ONLY THE NUMBER OF STALLS YOU NEED. IF YOU BOOK A STALL, YOU
WILL BE BILLED FOR IT!!

Entry Fees: 1) $8.00 per judge per class, or 2) $75.00 All
Day fee for Youth and Non-Pro.

Day Fee except Walk/Trot exhibitors must show in an open halter
class (Hunter-in-Hand is considered a halter classes). 3)

Directions to Show
Grounds:
Take I-95 (Washington Capital Beltway) to exit 11A, Pennsylvania
Avenue South/East (Route 4). Follow for seven miles to Upper
Marlboro exit. Turn right at the stop sign. From
Baltimore Beltway
(I-695) take Route 97 to Route 3. Route 3 turns into Route 301.
Continue to exit at Route 4 North/West (toward Washington). Take
first exit (Upper Marlboro) to stop sign and take a left to the
arena.
