Accor Favorite Guest Card- (120 Euros a year)
With Compliments from Acor Hotels, save up points and treat yourself to
a relaxing holiday anywhere in the world.
For every EUR 10 you spend, you earn 60 Compliments points.
And, when you have saved 10,000 points, you ask for a Cheque-Compliments
of EUR 100 , valid at Accor Hotels, which can be combined with your
deductions.
Accor Hotels Favorite Guest Card Programme
Room-rate reductions, services and Cheques-Compliments at
about 2000 Accor hotels, including Sofitel,Novotel,Mercure,
Suitehotel, Ibis, Thalassa and Coralia chains.
When you earn 10,000 points you may request a Cheque-Compliments;
valeud at 100 Euros good at above mentioned hotels and network services.
If you are already a Compliment/American Express Card member,
you may combine the points from both cards provided you have earned
your first 10,000 Compliments points on your Accor hotels Favorite
Guest Card. You continue earning points when using your Cheque-
Compliments.

services.Whether you are dining or sleeping, you will be saving.
For everyone of your stays, you shall earn Compliment Points.
When you earn 20,000 points you may request a Cheque-Compliments,
valued at 200 Euros; and valid for 6 months at all Sofitel, Mercure,
Suitehotel, Ibis, Thalassa and Coralia.
Your check is valid on the standard rates at the hotel and you shall
benefit from a room-rate reduction with your card. And; also you
shall contimue to save points when using your Cheque-Compliments at
their hotels.
If you also have a Accor/Compliment/AMEX payment card; you may
accumulate points with both cards, provided you had reached your first
20,000 Compliments points with your Sofitel Exclusive Guest Card.

Compliments from Accor Hotels / Brazil
( Cartao de Felicidade Brasil)
This Accor Hotel Card for Brazil, offers services and Compliments points
at all of its hotels in Brazil.
The website is written in the Portuguese language, therefore shall be very
capable of translating the website details of this program.
This card is offered at a subscription rate of 29 Brazilian Reals.
The Compliment points are valid for 2 years, beyond the tiem in which they
where earned, and expire on the 31st of December of that year.
In case, one does not renew the yearly subscription, the points earned expire
6 months from non-renewal time.
Listed are Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis and Parthenon Hotels in Brazil.
Every 1 Real spent earns 2 Compliment points in Brazil.
Cards are non-transferable and points may not be earned for another.
Vouchers are to be submitted atleast 72 hours before check-in.
After you subscribe, you shall recieve an email with your account number

Then, you telephone Compliments Customer Service in Sao Paulo at
(11) 3748-9111 or from other locations in Brazil, telephone them at
0800-703-7002 to make your reservation. REMEMBER to request your award
redemption atleast 72 hours in advance.
You shall receive your voucher via email to present at check-in.
Award redemptions are calculated differently depending upon location, and
the least amount of redeemed points are from the 1st of July to 31st of
December, based on Promotional levels.
Compliment Cheques are valued at 6,000 points, equal to 20 Euros.
And, are ONLY valid for use OUTSIDE of Brazil.
They may be used at Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, Suitehotel, Coralia and
Thalassa networks.
NOTE: They may NOT be used at Etap, Forumle 1, Red Roof Inn, Motel 6
or Studio 6.
They are valid for only 3 months after you have requested them.....
No change is given from their use at the hotels. Buy some cheap chewing
gum with the rest of that voucher.
You may pay remainder of bill with cash or creditcard, when using vouchers.
Contact their service center to get vouchers issued and allow 10 days for its
arrival at address on file.
Compliments- Mouvango Card
The Compliments-Mouvango Card is delivered free of charge and
used exclusively in France, at Accor Hotels and the Louvango network
The card is distributed only in France and website only in French
language.

The card is free. Spend 10 Euros and receive 20 points.
Every 10 Euros spent at a Accor travel agency, receive 10 points.
Examples: Carlson Wagonlit, Frantour.
Buy 20 liters of gasoline at stations, Total and receive 5 points.
Every 10 Euros spent at rental company Europcar, earn 25 points
Every 10 Euros spent at Courtepaille restuarants earns 10 points.
