| Q: | Is the equipment and installation really FREE? |
| A: | Yes! You really do get all of the equipment you need to receive satellite TV
in up to four rooms. (Each room can watch different channels at the same time.) Of course, you are also makinga
one year commitment to pay your monthly programming charges automatically using your credit card. Keep in mind
that we will charge your card $49.99 up front. This covers activating your account and your free installation. But
the great news is that you'll receive a $49 credit on your first bill from DISH Network! This means you can
get
up
to
$1,500
worth
of
satellite
equipment
installed
in
your
home
without
having
to
buy
the
equipment!
It
is
also
important
to
note
that
with
some
of
the
DISH
NETWORK
offers
you
technically
will
never
own
the
satellite
system.
The
equipment
remains
the
property
of
DISH
NETWORK
and
must
be
returned
to
them
should
you
ever
discontinue
service.
|
| Q: | What if I don't have a credit card? |
| A: |
To
sign
up
for
this
offer
with
Dish
Network,
you
are
required
to
use
a
credit
card
or
debit
card
which
has
a
MasterCard/Visa
Logo.
Debit
cards
from
your
checking
account
are
acceptable
as
long
as
they
have
a
Visa
or
MasterCard
Logo.
If
you
do
not
have
a
credit
card,
you
should
consider
having
a
roommate
or
other
household
member
obtain
service
in
their
name
if
they
have
a
credit
card.

that
your

give
you
permission.
FCC

permit
residents

but
only
in

Generally,
FCC
rules
permit
renters
to
install
a
dish
only
in
areas
that
are
subject
to
the
renter's
exclusive
use
and

Generally,
this
means
an

| Q: | How does the installation work, do you install nationwide? |
| A: |
All of our installations are done through the DISH Installation Network, a division of DISH Network. Since their network is nationwide we are able to offer you a professional installation anywhere in the US, including Hawaii, with one exception being Alaska. The DISH Installation Network is comprised of employees and authorized subcontractors that must meet some of the highest installation standards in the industry. This means you get a quality installation with a company you can count on to back up the work they perform. Certified, insured, and a 90 day installation warranty. Why have your installation done through anyone else?

|
| Q: | Can I substitute one channel for another in my basic package? |
| A: | Dish
Network
strives
to
make
satellite
programming
as
affordable
as
possible.
One
way
to
help
keep
costs
lower
is
to
provide
stations
in
packages,
rather
than
mostly
a
la
carte.
Allowing
customers
to
substitute
channels
would
have
the
adverse
effect
of
forcing
us
to
raise
prices,
both
for
overall
programming,
and
for
a
la
carte
stations.
To
prevent
this,
no
substitutions
are
allowed.
Dish
Network
does
offer
the
Outdoor
Channel
and
Bloomberg
Television
a
la
carte
for
under
$2.00
per
month
each.
