WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?
You will obviously need a copy of the book.
If your budget doesn't stretch far you can always get a copy at your local library. Renewing the book once will give you plenty of time to complete the programme. Although the book does contain sheets to monitor your progress, these can alway be drawn up in a notepad.
Shop around if you want to get the book at a discount price. Simply type in "The Eczema Solution" at www.google.com to get a list of on-line bookshops that sell the book. If you'd rather not waste time, then just click the link below...amazon usually do a great deal on the book.
You will need to get a hand-counter.
This allows you to count how many times you scratch in a day and is an essential part of the programme.
Again if you're on a budget: You can do this for free using paper. It's not as easy, and unless you really have to I strongly recommend you don't go for this option.
You can get a cheap counter. I actually used a knitting counter when I followed the programme. It's used to count stitches in knitting. I had one already so it was free, it's also very small so I wore it on my wrist and it discretely hid under my clothes. Maybe you get one in a charity shop or craft store...or be imaginative, can you think of something else that can be used for counting?
Buy a counter today. It's a good idea to get a hand-counter straight away so you can get started on the programme as soon as possible. Again, shop around if you want to get a bargain.
