This site was not created for profit. It is linked to an amazon associate programme. This pays a 6% referal fee, which is about 42 pence per book. I have created this link because I often get asked about where the book can be bought from and I don't want people to be put off by the fact it may not be sold in bookshops. I don't want people to confuse my motives for setting up this site, however, so I will be giving all money earned through referal fees to charity. Further to this, sufferers can make sure that a referal fee is not paid to me by going to the amazon site directly (i.e. not via this site) or by putting the item in their "basket" and buying it at a later date. Both methods make sure that a referal fee is not paid. Please be clear on this point, I am not selling this book.
