How you can improve a quality of your life by knowing to successfully deal with your stress
Do you know that stress is a number one killer in the world? Hidden, but persistent. 
Is it possible to avoid stress? Well - try to eliminate all the stressful situations in your life. Not possible!
So, we are totally helpless and should just let the stress damage our health, our relationships, our finances, control our life? - No, we don't have to - and we should not, because we can learn how we can control the stress instead of allowing the stress to control us. 
There are many real simple techniques that can help us to successfully deal with our stress. We cannot prevent stressful situations, but we can prevent all the negative results of the stress, results that earned him this name "the number one killer in the world". We don't have to be one more of his victims.
My husband and I teach these techniques for almost ten years as consultants for bigger and smaller groups as well as personal coaches and we can see how effective they are. Recently, we became certified Silva Stress Management Instructors, because this system incorporates the most practical, easiest, simplest, yet tremendously effective techniques for stress control, all created by Jose Silva, the world famous mind control genius. 
These techniques cannot be taught over the Internet - but let us give you a few tips how you can help yourself to better deal with your stress. 
Ready?
Take comfortable position in your chair and close your eyes. Do it, even if you're the lucky one who presently does not have any stress in your life (sorry - it wasn't a good joke). You will benefit from this technique any way. With your eyes closed, take a deep breath and while you exhale, imagine yourself in a place which for you represents an ideal place for relax and rest: a beach with golden sand on the shore and an ocean breeze…. Maybe a meadow full with colorful flowers…Or, on a boat in the middle of the lake…Wherever you would feel really comfortable and relaxed. Exhale deeply and slowly a few times - you may concentrate either on your breath then, or on this beautiful scene you're projecting before the eyes of your mind. Now, stop reading - and do that. Stay in your favorite place as long as you want to. It's for free! Just be careful - you may go to sleep. If some stressful thoughts will be trying to disturb your relax, just take another deep breath and exhaling tell lazy to your toughs: "Go in peace…. I'm resting now on this beautiful beach - or where ever". Do it now, please - then come back and keep reading. …….
How was it? Pleasant - wasn't it? How do you feel - better?  Think for a moment: isn't that what people smoking cigarettes do? They take deep breath, and concentrate on this action: slow, deep breath - a cigarette smoke goes through their body - and slow exhale - and a "pleasure" of it. You can do it without damaging your health (and spending money for cigarettes).
