Might I suggest making the files in the range of 120-130megs.
I believe this will suit the free users too because:
1) Most movies are in the ranges of 700-720 mbs, which when splitted to 100mb chunks creates 7 files. If we split them to 120mb chunks then we would get maximum 6 files, which is better for the free user since he doesnt have to wait one more hour just to get a 20mb or 30mb rar PLUS its not that heavy for him to download an extra 20-30mbs per rar file.
2) Its a small change that we can use for testing.
