Crunchy Sugar Snap Peas

2 Tbsp. butter
3 cups frozen sugar snap peas, thawed and drained
1 8-oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1/3 cup chopped cashews
Salt and pepper to taste
3 or 4 fresh basil leaves

Melt butter in pan. Add sugar snap peas and saute for about 1 minute. Add water chestnuts and cashews and saute for 2 minutes more. Add salt and pepper. Add fresh basil and mix well immediately before serving.
