Not guilty by reason of distraction. Any problems with the day-to-day operation of the federal government have nothing to do with Microsoft's current legal position. To mention them simply serves to distract from the case at hand. If the federal government misappropriates tax money, it has nothing to do with the fact that Microsoft broke the law.
