| Have you ever been lonely? Have you ever laid on your bed at night and felt empty, yearning to be satisfied, to be at peace? If so, I know how you feel, and you're not alone. I have searched for answers, tried everything (everything legal), and I was still not satisfied. Finally, I realized that what I was doing was "idolatry, adultery of spirit." It wasn't enough to believe that there was a God or believe in God. I had to believe God. That is, I should believe his promises are true and trust in His word. I could finally rest in the fact that Jesus died for me, and rose three days later, so that I could live with him. All I had to do was accept his free gift, and I would have life eternal. You could too. All you need to do is believe. Ask Jesus to come into your life, and He will bring healing and peace.
