Would Mini Me (from Austin Powers) be less of a human than Shaq? -Children and teenagers aren't fully developed either -injured and elderly sometimes rely on oxygen and respirators. Are they inhuman? -"Inside the womb" describes where it is, not what it is. -if the fetus is only a tissue mass, than we all are! Are they human? -It is connected to the woman's body, but has its own genetic code, blood type, and central nervous system. -If we are imperfect or perfect makes no difference, unless you lived in Nazi Germany during Word War II. -statues look human, but they aren't humans. |
