At first glance at this deck there are a couple things wrong that we need to fix in order for the deck to be a legal, playable deck. First off you do not have 61 cards in this deck so we are going to have to add 2 more cards. Second, you are not allowed to have more than 4 of any cards except Lessons. You have 5 Smash! and 5 Swarm! so we will have to replace at least one of each of these.
-1 Smash!
-1 Swarm!

I also noticed that all of your cards are from the Quidditch Cup (QC) set. I will assume you only have cards from this set and I will produce a QC deck.

Here we go!
I'm going to start by looking at your lessons.
I'm not opposed to your amount of lessons. 20 is a pretty fair amount, but you have so few creatures that we would want to have more Quidditch than COMC lessons, but we will fix this. We need  more creatures to match your lessons and to make your Swarm! cards more effective.
Also with only 20 lessons, I found it very hard to get high amounts of lessons in play. This is probably why you added the Strategy Sessions. You really don't need these. It takes 1 action to draw it and 1 action to play it. With those 2 actions you could have just played 2 lessons from your hand and still have 1 more card in your deck.
-2 Strategy Session

I am also taking out Cobbing and Power Play. These can be too expensive with only 20 lessons in your deck. Everything in your deck now costs 5 or less.
-1 Cobbing
-2 Power play

Now lets look at your Creatures.
Creatures are wonderful in that they do damage every turn. Swarm! can be an added bonus, especially if your opponent is also playing creatures. The problem here is that you only have 5 creatures. If you are going to use creatures, use enough so that you are sure to play some. Cunning Fox is a great creature for damage in QC. He has less life than the Cobra Lily, but most spells that will hit a creature will kill the Cobra Lily right off anyway. I also added Scabbers, since he is cheap and does not die easily.
+4 Cunning Fox
+1 Cobra Lily
+1 Scabbers

Lets look at your adventures.
Sticking up for Neville has some good damage behind it, but you have to play it when they have a full hand which they are not willing to give up. Hagrid Needs Help is another great adventure in QC, much better than Pep talk. While play testing, I noticed this deck has a hard time with your opponent's creatures, so I'm adding another 2 In the Stands.
+2 In the Stands
-1 Pep Talk
+2 Hagrid Needs Help

Now for your spells and matches.
Since you only have 2 matches in your deck, the likelihood of ever getting one is very low. Remember to be careful with Matches (bad pun, but its true) since you can easily lose the match, so I'm going to lose them from your deck.
-1 Practice Match
-1 Hufflepuff match

Fouled! is one of the greatest cards in this game so I maxed you out.
+2 Fouled

With Harry's ability, you should be drawing plenty of cards to keep you happy, so we won't need your Penalty Shot. I left you more Pulling Up instead, since it give you cards AND damages them. Lets also get rid of the Time Out and Searching for the Snitch to make room. If you have great cards in your deck you would rather draw them than using actions to search for them.
+2 Pulling Up
-2 Penalty Shot
-1 Time Out
-2 Searching for the Snitch

We can now add an additional Ouch! which is a great card for damage and removes a card from their hand.
+2 Ouch!

Good luck with your revised deck! I have posted it to the right.
