We have a small but loyal Fredhead group in Canmore. We had him here in 99 for our Folk Festival and he was a real hit with the crowd. I am a very loyal Dylan fan but find I play Fred a whole lot more. The songs are just great telling a story and are very
musical. Willy on mandolin adds a certain sparkle to the music. I have not heard the revised band without Ralph but expect another evolution of Fred's music. I have Fred's music dating back to 1983 and it is interesting in it's changes. They were good the

How did you become a FredHead: I saw an advertisement in our local paper for a Fred show in my little home town in BC and felt an indescribable urge to attend. I had to go and
see this man whom I had never heard of before. I was blown away and have been addicted ever since. It's weird really, I can't help myself, FRED RULES. He's a musical genius. A gift from God to all of us. I am and forever will be a dedicated Fredhead.
I couldn't not be, even if I wanted to. He has captured me, heart, mind and soul.
