A federal judge who acknowledged maintaining his own publicly accessible website featuring sexually explicit photos and videos Thursday called for an investigation of his own conduct.
Alex Kozinski, 57, chief judge of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, asked a court ethics panel to initiate the proceedings after The Times reported Wednesday that the judge had posted lewd photos and videos on his personal website.
Kozinski in 2003: On Jurist's Case Over His Ties to a Killer
Kozinski free porn downloads was presiding over a closely watched obscenity trial in Los Angeles federal court when he acknowledged the website.
"I will cooperate fully in any investigation," Kozinski said in a statement.

1. While I believe that have people have a right to pirates porn indulge their disney toon porn interests in pornographic material I also believe that most of it is misogynistic and a person who pursues such interests is hardly virtuous. 2. I'm a little disgusted that the source of the first article wasn't disclosed by LAT. Of course, had they done so, rather than serving as a tool for a third-rate lawyer with an ax to grind, the story could have been taken with the appropriate grain of salt. Now, there will be needless expense and delay to seat another jury and/or get a new judge. Good going LAT. Was it toon porn games worth it? An obscenity case revolves more around a jury setting the community standard, it is less affected by what the judge is into personally. No one was truly saved or served by the LAT. In journalism, as in the legal profession, black porn clips bad stories make bad law.

3. The judge's free speech and the content of the website are of no concern to me. What spanking porn is of concern is that this supposedly "brilliant" man could be so stupid. So he was technically savy watch free porn enough to disable a porn filter for the court in a demonstration to administration......but he could not figure out that his personal website could possibly viewed by the pubilc? Pleeze!!! Not to mention that he did not have the common sense to realize this website could give the appearance of inporpriety on his part...duh? I guess to be considered "brilliant" you don't need common sense. This man is felony stupid.
