MY POEMS
MYSTERY OF HUMAN CIRCLE “Of what use is beauty to those on earth? Of what use is life if it’ll be succeeded by death? What does knowledge worth to him that soon returns to dust?” I asked myself with an intractable burst
Like a seed, semen is sown And with God, a child is grown When God says a man should stop to live Men can do nothing but grieve
Man may think of how to get eternal bliss It is as simple as this: Firstly get divine salvation And with His grace, you’ll forever escape damnation
© Frederick Odutola Jr. November 28, 2005 (4:18)
NOTE This poem is inspired by my present situation; I think I will soon die but if I do, that does not make God a failure. He’s always right. If I witness the joy that comes in the morning, God remains praised forever. (PRAISE GOD, I MADE IT)
