I used to hate when people said that to me, lol. Now I find myself saying it. I know that if I can do this, anyone can...it's just a matter of setting your mind to do it. YOU have to DECIDE that this is something YOU want to do...once you do that, it's all downhill. It took me years to finally decide that I WANTED do it...not just for me, but for my kids. I WANT to be around to watch them grow...and I wasn't going to do that staying on the path that I was on.

My Tips
1. DRINK YOUR WATER 2. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day (when I started exercising I noticed that I started losing more consistantly). 3. One day at a time. If you go off program, don't beat yourself up...just get back on program the next day. 4. Take a good multi vitamin daily. 5. If you hit a plateau, DON'T GIVE UP!! Stick with it and you'll be rewarded!. 6. Take pictures of your journey...you will be glad that you did. 7. Write down everything that you eat, it makes you more accountable.

Favorite Snacks
Nature's Promise Granola Bars (2 pts. each) Act 94% Fat Free popcorn (mini bags--1 pt) Apples (golden delicious and mac's are my favs) Weight Watcher's ice cream cups (2 pts) La Tortilla Factory Fat Free Tortilla's (1 pt..and I love to scramble 1/2 cup of egg beaters and wrap it in a tortilla. 2 pt snack) Raw cauliflower, broccoli, carrots (I always munch on these when I want crunchy snacks) Mini Bagels (I get mine at Walmart, they are 1.5 pts each) No Pudge Fudge Bars (These things are HUGE, and only 1 pt each!) Seedless red grapes (20 small for 1 pt) Better N Peanut Butter -- 2 pts. World Gourmet Soy Crisps, these things are fabulous! David Buerke's Birthday Cake or Strawberry Shortcake Flavor Spray ( I add mine to FF cool whip or Weight Watcher's vanilla yogurt) Honey Wheat Pretzel Twists Multigrain Cheerios 1 cup of frozen peaches, topped with 2 packets of splenda, sprinkle of cinnamon nuked in the microwave for 2 minutes top with FF cool whip. Yummy 2 pt. treat...tastes like cobbler. Weight Watcher's Yogurt, it's only 1pt for a tub (cut up some fruit for dipping,yum-o).
