My FIRM results
I started doing the FIRM in early 2005.  I truly can not say enough good things about it! What a great workout!!  The proof is in the Pictures :D 

My routine varies from day to day.  I usually do the firm in the morning and walking  in the evening. 

Some of my favorite FIRM workouts are:

Super Charged Sculpting
Jiggle Free Abs
Upper Body Sculpt
Aerobic Body Shaping
Cardio Sculpt
Total Body Sculpting

It can take a few days to catch on to some of the routines, but don't give up...you will be so glad that you didn't :D  I started out with 2 lb weights and 5 lb. weights.  Now I'm up to 5 lbs, 8 lbs, and 10 lbs.  I do use 15 lb. weights for certain moves.
