One More Dance with You Your beating heart, against mine, in rythm our feet move. This blissful moment's stopping time, time I don't want to loose. The slow song plays on, for eternity it seems. To my suprise you sing along, to an enamored me. To rythm we keep moving, to a song so soft and slow, is it of me you're thinking? I guess I'll never know Musical notes drift through the room, as we move as one. Lamantable it is that soon, the melodic joy is done. A dramatic close the song has, ceased to bind us two. Blithe I am, chanced to have, One More Dance with You.
You Don't Notice Me..(the story of the Amazing Invisible Girl) You think we are just friends That's not good enough for me I'm weakened in your presence, and I am stunned you still don't see, that I light up when you're near It's only you that makes me happy Your smile becomes my own Your striking eyes entrance me Alas to you, I am masked, transparent to your gaze. You only see this other girl, and leave me in a daze. In me affection for you thrives I love everything about you The way you talk the way you laugh I wish you loved me, too
The Face I Love Eyes of beauty, eyes of grace, with a smile, make your face. The face I love, that loves me, too. The face that belongs to you.
The Battle of Hope Once upon a winter's morn, my eyes have come to see, a crazy man, a crazy world, to be a country free. We marched along a foggy time, when our spirits low, screamed out in agonizing pain, being burned with snow. The winter's spirit cried for us, her tears were lacy flakes. Her chilly breath blew down our necks, she froze a many lakes. We needed rest, we needed food and that was just a start. Necesities derived from us by Washington's cold heart. Washington knew not what he, was doing to his men. The crazy man led us down, to our untimely end. Off guard we caught the British troops, we fought with raging smite. Outnumbered were the British men, their day turned into night. Our spirits lifted to the clouds, hope was in our eyes, here's a message for all men, FREEDOM NEVER DIES!
For Always You were there, I was here, We became best friends. Our paths forked apart, at the school year's end. A new born year, in 8th grade, I discovered your true feelings. I'd never guess that you and me, would become us, unveiling. Every day we talk and walk, together down the hall. But I always wonder if you, really love me at all. But later I found out that you, truly were sincere. I hope that we will forever grasp, the love we hold so dear. You are the light that wards off darkness. You are the pill that kills the flu. So one thing is for certain, I will for always love you.
S.O.S Sailing on a wooden ship, on the deep-blue sea. A quiet sky, calm weather, it's where I like to be. She's called the S.S. Rosa, she is a ship so grand. It has been many long weeks since, she's seen any land. The silent day moves in on to, a raging storm at night. Men about batteling waves, to win the losing fight. "Man the sails!" The captain cries, but no one hears his yell. This thundrous night, this horrid fright, becomes a sailor's hell. Won't anyone Save Our Souls? Will we last till morn? Stuck in Mother Nature's rage, the sail is ripped and torn. Alas! Rosa is so tired, she's 'bout to give away, and I will never forget what occured that fateful day. In the darkest ebony, of Nature's eyes we saw, a little fringe of light and with it, came a sweet, soft call. "Mighty sailors strong and proud, never fear, we're here. We will calm the storm for you, the rocks are getting near." Like magic so it seemed to be, the waves so tall, subdued. The cloudy sky cleared, when the voice was through. Rosa took us to land, that now starry night. We rested up and thanked, that little voice and light. We reached land with our lives, we are lucky men. Although we all have suffered much... We WILL sail again!
To My Valentine To my Valentine, who makes my every day. Who makes me feel so safe and warm, perfection you portray. To my one and only. To my sun so bright. You never seem to darken, dear Valentine of light. To put what I want to say, into a simpler view. Have a Happy Valentines Day... ...and that I love you.
