Personally, I'm 100% pro gay rights accross the board. Gays have been a part of society since the dawn of man and were often accepted and even embraced in past cultures. They were eunichs with their heavenly voices, members of high society, and escorts at court. I agree with many in saying that today's culture leaves alot to be desired.....and real love and companionship are difficult to come by. Love is the miracle that can save us from ourselves and should be embraced regardless of race, religion, or sex. It is not homosexuality that is harming our youth but homophobia and prejudice in general. We are teaching our children to hate what we don't understand. What kind of an example is that? |
