Hey, guys,

I changed my mind about being sick of sushi. I thought maybe I'd try something else, but I'm in Japan. This is good sushi, not the stuff you get in America. This is the real thing. I'll probably end up eating it every day until we leave.

As I've been telling you for a few days, I've had a lot of fun, done a lot of things I wouldn't normally do on a road trip. I've met some great people, seen the sights, gone out at night. But as the week went on, I started thinking more about hockey. That's why we came over here, to play these games, and I think that's all I'm going to think about the rest of the time.

The arena we're playing in is huge, absolutely massive, without a doubt the biggest one I've ever seen. You can see it from miles away when we're driving in. And it's really beautiful. We don't have anything like it back in North America.

I just hope the people here are enjoying the hockey they see. I know one guy fell asleep in the first row watching us practice, and I had to poke him with my stick to wake him up when I came off the ice.

Talk to you tomorrow.
